VERMENTINO IGT TERRE SICILIANE
Obtained from Vermentino grapes grown in Sicily. The wine is obtained by an accurate white winemaking. The fermentation lasts about two weeks and it is carried out in steel tanks at controlled temperature of 16-18°C, with the addition of selected yeasts. The wine is stored in steel tanks at low temperature till bottling. Straw yellow with greenish reflections. Hints of orange blossom, peach and wild grass notes. Fruity and fragrant on the palate.
