SOAVE DOC
Obtained from Garganega grapes and by an accurate white winemaking. The fermentation lasts about two weeks and it is carried out in steel tanks at controlled temperature of 16-18°C, with the addition of selected yeasts. The wine is stored in steel tanks at low temperature till bottling. Bright light gold.
