SHIRAZ IGP TERRE SICILIANE
Obtained from Syrah grapes grown in Sicily by an accurate red winemaking. The fermentation of the pressed grapes takes about two weeks and is made at controlled temperature of about 25°C. After the malolactic fermentation, the wine is matured with a short passage in oak. Deep ruby red. Fruity with intense aromas of spices and licorice. Copious black fruit on the palate, good acidity, elegant, long finish.
