Appetizer, white meat and grilled vegetables
Obtained from Sangiovese grapes grown in the Rubicone valley. Once destemmed the grapes are softly pressed and left in the pneumatic press with dry ice for a few hours, the short contact with the skins gives the characteristic rosé colour. The aroma is a pleasant flowers bouquet. Well balanced, with a fresh and enveloping taste.
