ROMAGNA DOC SANGIOVESE SUPERIORE
Obtnained from Sangiovese grapes grown in the hills south of Forlì-Cesena province. The wine is obtained by an accurate red winemaking. The fermentation of the pressed grapes is made at controlled temperature at about 25-28°C. After the malolactic fermentation, the wine is matured in oak barrels. Ruby red with violet reflections. Floral bouquet with violet and cherry accents. Elegant and structured with silky tannins.
