PUGLIA IGT ROSSO DA UVE APPASSITE
Obtained from Negroamaro, Primitivo and Merlot grapes grown in Apulia using the method called “Appassimento”. The dried grapes are an extract of flavours and the aging in oak makes the wine rich and complex with notes of ripe dark cherries, fresh herbs and vanilla. Full-bodied, smooth, ample with a long finish.
