Obtained  from Glera grapes grown in the hills of Treviso and by an accurate white winemaking and stored in stainless steel tanks at 15°C. The second fermentation to obtain the perlage is carried out in autoclave tanks at low temperature with addition of selected yeasts (Charmat method). The fermentation is abruptly arrested by cooling the wine to 0°C. In this stage the sparkling Prosecco harmonizes the grape’s varietal aromas with the delicate stinging of the carbon dioxide giving a great freshness on the palate. Straw yellow with a lively, persistent and subtle perlage. Lively, persistent and subtle perlage. Elegant, with scents of wild flowers. Pleasantly fruited with overtones of apple, pear and peach. Delicate and harmonious with an almond backtaste on the palate.
