PRIMITIVO IGT SALENTO
Obtained from Primitivo grapes grown in Salento and by an accurate red winemaking. The fermentation of the pressed grapes takes about two weeks and it is made at controlled temperature at about 25°C. After the malolactic fermentation, the wine is matured in oak barrels. Fantastic opulence in the nose, intense and complex scents of ripe berries. Pleasant, full and harmonious flavor of ripe berry fruit. The maturation in oak emphasizes some spicy notes.
