PRIMITIVO IGT SALENTO
Obtained by an accurate red winemaking from Primitivo grapes grown in Salento. The fermentation of the pressed grapes takes about 10 days and is made at controlled temperature at about 25-28°C. After the malolactic fermentation, the wine is matured in oak barrels. Fantastic opulence in the nose and a pleasant, full and harmonious flavor of ripe berry fruit on the palate.
