PINOT GRIGIO DOC GRAVE FRIULI
Obtained by an accurate white winemaking. The fermentation that takes about one weeks and it is made in steel tanks at controlled temperature of 15°C, with the addition of selected yeasts. The clear wine is cold stabilized and kept at low temperature till bottling. Bright straw yellow. Marked hints of fruits and wildflowers, like artemisia. Well-balanced and elegant with a fresh and persistent taste on the palate.
