Obtained from red grapes grown in Veneto’s region and by an accurate white winemaking and stored in stainless steel tanks at 15°C. The second fermentation to obtain the perlage is carried out in autoclave tanks at low temperature with addition of selected yeasts (Charmat method). The fermentation is abruptly arrested by cooling the wine to 0°C. In this stage the sparkling Rosè harmonizes the grape’s varietal aromas with the delicate stinging of the carbon dioxide giving a great freshness on the palate. Lively pink, with a fine and persistent beading. Light and pleasant fruity aroma, accompanied by delicate accents of bread. Delicate, balanced, fruity notes reminding morello cherries.
