NEGROAMARO IGT SALENTO
Obtained from Negroamaro grapes grown in Salento. Red grapes are softly pressed and the skins are immediately removed from the juice to obtain a proper rosé color intensity. The wine is obtained by a temperature controlled fermentation and kept in refrigerated stainless steel tanks till bottling. Flower notes of rose combined with hints of strawberry and cherry. Fresh, elegant and persistent.
