Obtained from Merlot grapes grown in some of the best spot for viticulture in Italy. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 25-28°C over a period of 10 days. The colour is ruby red. Intense aromas of red fruits, raspberry with lovely spicy and herbal notes. Delicate and enveloping taste, well-structured and tannic.
