MERLOT DOC GRAVE FRIULI
Obtained from Merlot grapes grown in Friuli and by an accurate red winemaking.The fermentation of the pressed grapes takes about two weeks and it is made at controlled temperature of about 25°C. After the malolactic fermentation, the wine is bottled. Ruby red. Intense aromas of red fruits and spicy notes. Delicate and enveloping taste. Well-structured and tannic.
