SPUMANTE ROSSO
After an accurate selection of better grapes, a softly pressed and a first fermentation of the must, the wine withstands a second fermentation following the Charmat-Martinotti method. Sugar degree remained after the re-fermentation determines the sweet sparkling wine.The colour is ruby red with a lively, persistent perlage. Fresh and fruity aroma with wild berry hints.
