CHARDONNAY IGT TERRE SICILIANE
Obtained from Chardonnay grapes harvested in Sicily at the end of August and by an accurate white winemaking. The fermentation is made in steel tanks at controlled temperature of 15-18°C, with the addition of selected yeasts. The clear wine is cold stabilized and kept at low temperature till bottling. Fruity and fresh sensations, with a pineapple note typical of the vine. Fresh and soft on the palate with evident hints of Mediterranean aromas. Wide structure with a long and persistent finish
