Obtained from Chardonnay grapes harvested in the Rubicone valley at the end of August and by an accurate white winemaking. The fermentation is made in steel tanks at controlled temperature of 15-18°C, with the addition of selected yeasts. The clear wine is cold stabilized and kept at low temperature till bottling. The colour is light straw-yellow, while the aroma is fine and fruity with hints of pear. Fresh and fruity on the palate, with a well-balanced acidity.
