CHARDONNAY DOC GRAVE FRIULI
Obtained by an accurate white winemaking. The fermentation that takes about one weeks and it is made in steel tanks at controlled temperature of 15°C, with the addition of selected yeasts. The clear wine is cold stabilized and kept at low temperature till bottling. Straw yellow. Intense hints of fruits, typical of mimosa and acacia flowers. Delicate and well-balanced taste.
