CABERNET SAUVIGNON ITALIA
Obtained from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown in Italy. Grape fermentation takes 8-10 days and it is made at a controlled temperature of 23-25° C. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged in oak barrels. The wine has a deep red color with purplish highlights. Its aroma is intense and complex with scents of blueberries, and vanilla. Full and long persistence with sweet and velvety tannins on the palate.
