Obtained from 100% white grapes, an Italian white variety cultivated in the Rubicone Valley. Not carbonated but obtained through the Charmat-Martinotti method, with a fermentation at controlled temperature in closed steel tanks, till to obtain a pleasant pale stra yellow wine with fine perlage. Scents of flower and fruits, most of unripe apple and lemon. Crispy and pleasantly fruity.
